What we collect when you just read
We store nothing about you just because you read along. The fonts sit on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google to fetch them. The site uses no statistics or marketing cookies.
The contact form
The form sends what you write to our own server, where it is stored in our internal system so we can reply. It is not passed on to anyone else.
The basis is the steps we take at your request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry (point f). You can have the enquiry deleted by writing to kontakt@wizecode.dk.
Booking a meeting
When you request a time, we store your name, email, phone number and the message you write, and put an entry in Jacob's calendar so we can confirm the time. The booking page asks the calendar which times are taken, so you are not offered one that is gone.
The basis is the steps taken before an agreement (article 6(1)(b)).
The AI maturity test
Your answers in the test stay with you in the browser. We only receive them if you press the button yourself and send your contact details. The level you chose is then included in the message.
When you write to us
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply and deliver what we agree. We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant, and accounting records for five years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Google Maps
The map on the contact page is from Google. It only loads once you click 'Show map' yourself. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. The link 'Open in Google Maps' works without consent.
Server logs
The website is delivered from a server in the EU. The server writes a technical log of requests, and it contains IP addresses. The log is used only for operation and security and is deleted on a rolling basis.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your information and do not use it for marketing. Suppliers that host the site and provide calendar and email process data for us under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object, and ask to have it handed over. Write to kontakt@wizecode.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
