Prices
All prices exclude VAT. We give a price once we have seen the task. The first meeting costs nothing and nothing is decided there.
Anything outside what is agreed is priced separately before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
AI and automation
Advice, automation and AI solutions are agreed separately in a quote where scope, price and timetable are written down before work starts.
Personal data
If we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement before we start. We only give an AI access to what the task requires.
Ownership
Who owns what we build, and what happens to code and data if the agreement ends, is agreed in writing in each project. Third party licences and subscriptions follow the suppliers' own terms.
Governing law
Danish law applies to the agreement, and any disputes are settled in the Danish courts.
